This is unfair. After win in challenges even with higher level I am getting 3,4xp and I lost one match and received -23xp.!!!

can't understand point system of sololearn. I got -23xp with higher level player.

Alberto excellent post. I love the challenges as an interesting feature and they have helped me but the most important "xp" is the actual help you can get here by 1) reading others' codes on code playground 2) trying code yourself here and elsewhere 3) carefully reading recommendations of experienced programmers here. For example Filip's thread "Literature for Programming Languages" here has tremendous value. If you go there you will find a long list of resources for the languages that are introduced in the tutorials on Sololearn.

High level != Better W/L stats. Please check the profile of your opponent to determine if he/she has winning stats as competent as you.

Let's say you are level 9 and your opponent is level 15: If you have 500 wins and 100 loss, your stats would be 5/1. If your opponent has 300 wins and 200 loss, his stats is 3/2. This makes your stats higher than your opponent despite his level being higher than you. If your stats is higher compared to your opponent, you will gain less XP on winning and lose more XP on losing. The more you lose, your stats will drop and affect the overall XP gain/loss.

but code playground doesn't suit me to write long codes, I prefer compiler, IDE etc on my laptop.
