how to programme (not on playground) on an android 4.4 with a 1 gb ram?

i have desktop but it is not connected because i use my neighbours wifi. I have a tab which is android 4.4 with a one gb ram. sometimes this device is hanged when i use youtube.so can i?

It'll hang if you try and make complicated animations. Should be fine for regular coding though, may just take a little longer than normal to get output

Remove unnecessary apps (especially social media apps) to reduce system burden and get more free memory. If possible factory reset the device and install only apps you need to code.

One inevitable fact is that apps grow in size and system processing requirement with each additional updates. On the other hand, not all of us can update with new (more capable) hardware as per software update arrivals : )
