Things i have to learn for make a website

I did a question a weeks ago and was about what i have to do after learn html, css and javascript, but i started to learn php because i think that i have to learn backend for do websites.
It´s true?

1.HTML
2.CSS
3.JavaScript
4.Any one backend language like Photo, Python, Ruby, Java etc
