It depends on what you consider "to become a good web developer."

If you mean to become good enough to be hired as a junior developer, then it will depend on the job you are going for, the demand for these skills in your market, and, well, how good you are at applying these skills to build solutions.

Ultimately, learning these or any specific programming languages reveal very little about one's proficiency to actually build anything. So, focus on building things rather than just learning languages.

Besides mastering a language, it is also good to master your tools. This includes the web browser devtools, your ide/editor and as a bonus how to use the command line. There is also the database management system.

A skill which is often overlooked is keyboard skills which includes the ability to touch type and use keyboard shortcuts. As a professional you should be comfortable with a keyboard even with your eyes closed, the same way a pianist is with the organ. Best of luck.

to become a good web developer you need to focus on either front end or back end developing and with fluent python you can be a good back end developer but i also suggest node js.

It is common to divide web development into two branches:
