Best web framework to use for beginners?

What’s the best web framework? I’m picking between django and flask but if you have better suggestions let me know!

It depends. But i reccomend django for back-end.

I want to suggest Ruby on Rails because of the DRY principle and Django because of the maximized security and because of the fact that it was used on the back-end.
