I think you can't.

You can use Google drive to host static websites only. Even if you receive a get/post request through a form, you'll not be a able to modify drive contents.

You can try hosting services like infinityfree for such purpose.

And even if you want, you can modify Google drive content through different APIs, depending on programming language and context....
