If I license my HTML/CSS/JS under CC BY SA 4.0 or any free CC license, does the plagiarism rules not apply to it anymore?

Well, there is only one thing you need to follow on Sololearn.

If you copy for learning purpose then I suggest you keep it private and if you make changes to it and make it public then you have to give proper credits and if possible a link to original poster's profile or something.

Ehm, not sure, if you can apply different licence within sololearn playground. This has to be defined somewhere in the terms of agreement for this service. Normally you agree within such terms to another licencing.

🔫 Rick Grimes Just to clarify that, because from legal perspective there's quite a big difference between applying the mentioned rules within a platform like sololearn and applying a licence as Medcl3 asked for. If you don't apply CC on all codes by default and the user doesn't have the probability to apply different licence, then everybody could e.g. re-use everything outside of sololearn without any credits.
