Freeware to plan c# software classes?

Hi. What freeware is available to plan classes, methods and dependencies for larger software programs? Are there specific tools for c#?

I know vs. does it allow to draw (!) not to code uml diagrams? classes? can i show the relationships and contents/ methods of classes?

No. If I need to draw I use open office draw.

how about (uml) class diagrams that can automatically generate c# classes?
