Cómo desinfectar una Pc o disco externo con cmd

Alguien se sabe los códigos base para buscar un virus mediante el cmd en memoria externa o en la pc

ya se que con el antivirus se puede desinfectar pero lo que quiero saber es como desinfectarlo por via del CMD
