Can i be a good coder, am new to coding only have basic knowledge of c and c++?

i am 23 years old,discontinued my engg because of my mental illness.It took 4 years for me to get normal.I was good at codings in c and c++.I have some ideas on androids and ios app.can i learn at this age?what are the languages do i have to learn?as i hav no degree i cant work for a IT firm,then how can i get my coding skills developed? is it worth to study in a centers like csc or Apollo?

age is a variable. the only "too late" is never. start now and dont give up. Don't let life get you down!
