How much should I know about C++ to start Unreal Engine game design ?

Graphic is not a problem to me - I'm professional 3D graphic designer. I'm asking just about coding.

Just try use it, if too hard then learn more C++. You can also check blueprint system in UE4, and some tutorials, docs on site.
