As an HR company, accepting CV from candidates looking for jobs is a daily routine. Validating job experience and the integrity of their information is always a challenge due to lack of standard records..
How do one validate this using a simple web application

Your question is not that clear. Are you talking about something that cross-checks a set of given skills e.g. as a quiz or something that extracts all given data from a CV and analyzes this based on a huge database of possible qualifications? SAP has built a solution similar to that last thing.
