oh yes sure with enough determination and time and lots of personal research (depending on how u want to set it up as) u can make a start of app just look at my latest code I posted took me about a month to produce a sample of what my app may look like. just make sure u take small steps and not overwhelming urself with a big picture start small and grow big after getting a basic feel of the app.
