does unreal engine work on a 4 gb ram, 500 gb storage?

Martin Taylor after launching unreal engine it says directx 11 level 10 is required. but i checked. my pc has directx 12.;-;

Martin Taylor isnt video card and graphics card are the same. if it is than i have intel hd graphics 2000. i also have a graphics card which i got from my uncle . he had installed it when i was probably 12-13 years old. i checked the display adapters but only intel graphics card is shown.

Martin Taylor i did the same thing and found out my direct version is 12 but the weird thing is every direct x11 products work on my pc but those which require directx12 doesnt work.my luck....
