What is the best language to start with?

Python.
JavaScript is also really good since it has an large and amazing community.
Don't worry too much about a language tho. Just start and stick to it

Yeah. I started with foundations of programming by Simon Allardice in www.lynda.com . Sololearn is good as well. Try MITs open couseware for python after doing this.
