That is beyond human capability 🙄 there are 100s of programing languages

And btw... Masting one language is better than knowing many languages (same like getting 95% in an exam is better than taking 60% on multiple exam[at least for me])

No practically possible because till the time you will learn every existing languages, not only a lot of new languages will appear but a lot of old languages will also get new features added.

In most cases, you won't even learn one (to 100%).

Rather, you'll know larger or smaller chunks of a set of languages and google up the stuff that's missing.
