Question

How do you know how to put the 0-f in order? I’m so lost.

Every six combination of (0-f) represent a color

#rrbbgg
First two for red ,next 2 for blue and last two for green.
F is lightest and 0 is darkest.
I don't think someone know color with hex code.
They use color-pallate for hex-code .
