Update of sololearn!

Question

What's happening ?
I'm unable to understand as many of the users can use the latest update but not everyone.
Node.js is new there!
And some more code coaches but why the update isn't showing to me?
I have reinstalled it but the same is there.

App developers have the ability to roll out updates gradually. The developer team probably chose to release updates only for specific devices this time. Hopefully, everyone will have access to the new features soon.

In short You basically only update a few(set percent) people at random.

Let's say you have 100 users.

Out of them you start updating 10% which would be 10 people getting the update.

Now, you observe and slowly start to increase the percentage of people who get the update. From 10% to 20%. Now, 20 people have an update out of 100.
If you encouter an issue you stop the update and work on fixing it. Then you roll out the fixed version to the existing users who had upgraded. This continues until you are at 100%.

Well many times when new update roll out some people's get that before and some after and it's chosen randomly by developer last some updates are rolling out like this way only like when code coaches has released, new code coaches addition. So it's same thing. The update will be available for all till tomorrow or some hours...

piyush If it's recent I don't think mods would have got the news. Might be it's updated country by country.

Best is to send whatever I said and to show patience for a day or two.

piyush Be patient. This is just nodejs. You can already run javascript via webcodes. You do not loose anything. Only the devs can answer the question. Staged roll out is done to make sure the update is stable and there exists no show stopping issues or crashes. It should be available to everyone in a week(likely) or two(if this update has issues and they need more time to fix/test those)
