How do I make a quiz or a course in SoloLearn?

I think the session of creating quiz has been expired.
3 months ago i saw that feature Available for c and swift.

Aiden Bok , since some updates both options were disabled by SoloLearn. Yes, there are many quiz questions and courses created by community, but currently no way to do it.
