Are the courses here (sololearn) like java C++ etc ,Are complete courses Or not?

I am a cse student,and I mostly suck at all the subjects other than subjects related to computers. so I want to learn more Programming langs...But once I complete any course like java or c in sololearn ..Can I assume that I now know C lang. Or java....Or is there Even more to learn...What I mean is ,Is this a complete course or Not?Anyone?

There is always more to learn. While courses here are certainly useful, the only provide the basics.
