Got security error on windows with nest command

Question

Got this error in windows PowerShell:

> nest new cars

nest : File C:\Users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\npm\nest.ps1 cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled

googled and found a quick solution:

execute
Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass
before running the nest new cars command.
