not sure, but you'll know when you find it when the feds (ICE cyber division ) come knocking on your door. seriously messing with college/University computers is the quickest way to get noticed as a hacker, and not in a good way.

if you're dead set on it, use anon proxies and be quick with pen testing, and good luck cause they'll see unusual activity, and fast
