What kind of problems r u facing buddy? As a beginner u choose html. It is a markup language. Actually html is not a programming language. It helps to redirect web browser to read the file which is located on a web server. You can decorate your web page after using the skeleton tags of html. You can use some scripts as well. For those you need to take course on CSS and JAVASCRIPT.
