I have problem on <frame> tags

So , SoloLearn don't explain the frame tag on HTML (HTML 5) well ,
I didn't understand .
Could you explain all of point about frame tags ? 🤗

Frame can be used to split the browser window in several independent parts and display different pages in each of them. But frameset and frame tags are no longer supported by modern web standards (HTML5) so you should avoid using them.
