Which language is the best language in backend ..considering security?

then PHP, but u can find around the web , maybe C# is very secure too

but there are two key topics here;
a good part of the security reside in web stuff
in the other hand compiled lags are harder to decipher.

also the security depends in great part of the software architecture and the programming techniques

cryptography is a topic of interest
choose the correct data structures, algorithms and design patterns, just as the web protocols and other web technologies
