If i taught myself programming and i dont have a certificate, how will i work in a corporate organization

You'll most probably need the person in-charge in that organisation to give you a test on your programming skills to prove your worthiness. Give them a good intro on your past projects - It is important on how you package yourself.

The best thing you can do is to build up your portfolio and find some way to show organisation in which you want to work what you can do, if you don't have school or some other certificate you will need some experience and the best way to get some experience is too try and find some entry level positions where they don't ask for experience.
