Wich is faster/easier to learn C#/C++?

Hello, I want to learn a fast programming language(quick command execution time) and is not that hard to learn.

In most cases C++ is faster. As for the easier, I think C# is simpler than C++

.The concept of syntax's in C , C# , and C++ are same, like loops array , string , pointer etc.. Execution of C++ is too fast, you should learn it.
