Is a qualification necessary to get a good job in It?

Do I need a Degree for example in programming to get a good job as a programmer or will having learnt programming through sololearn be sufficient?

Definitely you should go for an official degree. Sololearn itself doesn't award any credit (or hardly) to any company.
