Stroke animation not working on SL

I've implemented stroke animation. It works perfectly well everywhere else but not in SL. It's working on a live project too. Here's codepen link:

RKK it also happens here every time that whenver I'm copying code from editor and pasting in code playground doesn't paste all the code. I also suck at debugging tbh
