Recreating setup.exe file

Question

I need to extract and recreate the setup.exe file of installed operation software and thats because i don’t have it’s source installation file and already been installed on windows7. The software belongs to an automation small machine which both software and machine made by chinese and the softeware itself doesn’t have even a name, but same operational principles like control push buttons, settings and etc. so first I need to figure out in which laguage it’s written and the 2ndly find the way to collecting all installed files to recreate it’s installation source setup.exe file.
