Question

Im writting a code that by entering an Integer, if the integer was Seconds , show the date of that second ,but if the integer was TIMESTAMP show the diffrence between the present date and the previous condition date. In the one hand, the diffence between the SECONDS date which was entered and the present date?
Plzzz help me im stuck at this!
