What are the programming languages which are suitable for GUI applications ?

Almost every programming languages can, if I'm not wrong here.

1) In C++, we can create GUI either using sfml or Qt.

2) In C# either using framework Xamarin or WPF.

3) Java - JavaFX or Swing

4) Python - Tkinter or Kivy
