Is it right dicision to learn both c and c++ togatherly at the same time?
By comparing. Bad side::make me slower in learning. Good side::help to understand by compairing

Oh. Im not read it properly..
1st one make confuse and slow down.
2nd help in compare and so you go with example that make it find a good grip of concepts..
don't consider "slow down" but if it confuse learn only one.
It depends on your ability...
Generally
For starters : only learning one is better
For some experiencers, learning both helps..

For some, 1st will come true, for other 2nd happens.. So you need to Find the answer yourself..

I think it is better to learn them one at the time.
Leaning them together will be of no help to learn features that are unique to one of the two, and will be confusing for features that are similar: you would not easily remember what belongs to C and what to C++.
Learning them in different times helps keeping the knowledge at the right place.
If you do so, I think it's better to start with C.
However if your goal is to learn C++ you can just focus on it, you don't need to know C as well.
