I am still a beginner but i want myself to scale it up...
Is there someone who can guide me to ," HOW TO GET IN ANDROID APP DEVELOPMENT ? FROM ZERO LEVEL ! "....

I just started by searching for some tutorials on YT and the internet, e.g. http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/Android/article.html and it worked
Usually you'll use Java, so trying out the course on sololearn will help you as well...
Try out all the things you learn ;)
