Hello, these are my questions:

1.What is the best code language to program a program.

2. If in any program I want to make an autoupdater, how would it be done?

Tje best language is the one best suited for what you want to accomplish. Android apps are Java/Kotlin, iOS would be Swift, Unity stuff is C#, games in general are mostly C++, data science/machine learning lends itself to Python, financial institutes still rely on 60 year old COBOL code, if you want to be a web developer ots HTML, CSS, Javascript and frameworks, backend PHP, SQL... The list goes on.
