Yes, but Python is not a very good idea. You can use either Java or Kotlin, if you are developing it for Android. If you want to develop it for iOS, you can use Swift.

However, that doesn't mean that Python should not be used. Usage of Python requires a source code and proper configuration of your app. If you know what source code is and how to configure it, Python is the way to go. But, if you are a beginner, try using Android Studio for Android or Xcode for iOS.
