Why it is wrong?

Guys, In Java there is two library by which we can take user input in our console that is "java.util" and "java.io" , by using Scanner class which is avilabe in java.util package, we can take input, so why it is wrong if I choose "java.util".

There's a picture of a single-selection challenge:
"What do you need to import to accept user input?"
The correct answer was (according to the challenge) java.io but java.util was another option.
