It happens in 3 conditions
- Not activated account
- Block
- Removed from a group :)

Yousef Aweni Cheque your email account you would have got a mail from sololearn there and then click verify or sth and ur account gets activated.

No i was talkin with him.
I sent one message and was no longer able to resend.
I deleted the message and was able to send again.
I send and again no longer was able to send.
I mean its a loop i can send only one message at a time.
