Should I download Anaconda + Jupyter NoteBooks or should I download python from its website?

That depends on what features you prefer. There is no “rule”, it is your preference. Most developers use professional VScode

Just download last edition of anaconda!!!
that's totally enough!

Anaconda is all in one distribution, as to say: ready to go packet of ml, dl, ai for data scientists!
For creating bots you don't need anaconda.
