Not able to proceed to next section

Question

I hv completed the chapter still it’s not letting me to open next chapter for python,showing pop up with to complete your previous chapter first.can anyone guide me in this?

The parts of the chapter are marked by green checkmarks if completed. If all are marked (including the new challenges) you can proceed. If that doesn't work maybe try reloading sololearn

Which chapter are you stuck on?
Do you have all green checkmark in current chapter?
