I cannot cancel my free trial subscription

I cannot cancel my free trial subscription. 2 days ago I wrote about this to support and did not receive any reply.

You don't do it from this app. You have to do it from your Google play account.
Open Google play
Click on the menu
Select subscriptions
Select SoloLearn
From here you should be able to cancel
It will switch back to a normal account at the end of the current billing cycle (see the date that the next payment was due to be made).

I think it should be "Play Store" not "Google Play" (and not "Google Pay" either 🙂)

1) I have subscribed to pro subscription on the website through my PC and not trough mobile phone.
2) My google pay on the phone does not have in menu button subscription.

Ok, in google play there are subscriptions but I have none subs there. Again, I sign up for sololearn pro on my PC, how google could be connected to that?

Ok, I don't know if this option is new, but now it is in the FAQ:

"If you paid for your PRO subscription on the SoloLearn website and want to cancel, please login to www.sololearn.com and select "Edit Profile" from Profile Section. You will have an option to manage your subscription."

At first I did not see the "unsubscribe" option there, but it actually is.
Its just a small text in a div that you have to click on. right now it is this way - just one small, hardly noticeable text.
It's under the div - the one with your avatar, email- address and name.
there it is in the lower right corner under the "sign in with facebook" -button.

I had the same issue. Aha! Please log into your Sololearn account, click on the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen, then click on 'Settings,' followed by 'Sololearn Pro,' and finally, click on 'Cancel.' I hope this helps.
