Confused

Question

Hello, i want to start as Backend developer (self-taught), with the first language C#. Wonder what can i do with it, and in which directions i can go after i learn C#. I learned many things for frontend and what can i do with it or which frameworks are the best and helpful etc. But for Backend i am really confused, and if anyone is willing to get me through this, I'd appreciate it! Thanks
