I created the code, but when I enter the software and click on the desired option, I exit the software. Does anyone know why?

I made an xml code to build my software and a Java code related to the xml code
When I enter the software and click on the ((click)) option, instead of changing the number above the options , I was getting out of the software

I am not sure, but there might be an error, that crashes the software
