Code where numbers are changing place

Question

Can someone help me how to write code which is changing place to numbers? For example: I write 49 and code is replacing 94. I need help fast, thank you! 💖

use swap function for example in c++:
int a,b,temp;
cin>>a>>b; // a=4, b=9
temp=a;
a=b;
b=temp;
cout<<a<<b; // 94
I think you can change it into C
