Design an algorithm to calculate the income tax and net salaries of employees

Question

Pinnacle Ltd requires a program to compute income tax and net salaries for its employees. The company offers tax relief of ksh 650 for single employees and ksh 1100 for married employees. The relief will be deducted from the gross salary to give the taxable income. The gross salary is the sum of basic salary, house allowance, medical allowance and commuter allowance.
