I want to create a button that lets me move to a new page.

I want to create a button that when you click it will bring you to a different html file. like how solo learn has the courses button. when you click it a new tab or window doesn't opean. the courses button will bring you to another page with all the courses with different links and code. and if you would be so kind how to go back to the original page too, thank you.
