Just start it, there is no easy way for lazy people and there is no hard way to hard working person

You could learn bootstrap after you learn at least the basics of HTML and CSS and JS. But if you want to skip all of that and be even more confused. You can dive head first into the framework that uses HTML CSS and JS as its base.
