well, the answer is nope. 3D games are heavy as hell so it's impossible to run since chrome has a habit of eating RAM. you need a game engine to develop a big game like PUBG. PUBG was developed in Unreal engine. although you can use HTML, CSS and JS to develop simple 2D games on web.
