even basic coding not working
not getting the given code
what they want us to do with it
example : what in column

Task
Given a csv file and a column name, print the elements in the given column.

Input Format
First line: filename of a csv file
Second line: column name

Output Format
Numpy array

I believe this is the task given at the end of the first part of the Machine Learning tutorial.

Review those lessons again as the answer to that task is within.
