Sometime network issue from your side while other it is server issue from sololearn side.

Fix
1) check your netwoet connection to know if the issue is from your side or from sololearn's

2) if the problem is due to sololearn's servers(which is the case 70% of the times) then the only thing you can do it to wait for some time and restart/refresh the app
